Brief

The Good Good Work co-op provided digital design, engineering, and DEI services to nonprofit clients. I provided product strategy for Good Good Work clients and contributed to proposals and work plans.

Deliverables

• Analytics Audits: created client-facing reports on user traffic patterns, browsing and search behavior, search terms, and recommendations for future goals

• Heuristic Analyses: reviewed client websites and proposed opportunities for enhancement, created best practices documentation for content and UX strategy

• Proposal & SOW Writing: collaborated with design and engineering team members to draft proposals, budgets, and timelines for new clients
