Best Plus is an English language proficiency test designed by CAL (The Center for Applied Linguistics) to test English Language Learners' listening and speaking skills. This test is an individually administered face-to-face oral assessment that's often performed at the beginning of a semester (to confirm student placement) and at the end of a semester (to assess student progress and future placement).
